Role Summary
We are looking for an SEO Specialist who is strong in both strategy and execution. The role is primarily
focused on SEO: keyword research, technical audits, on-page optimization, content planning, and
improving organic search performance. Content writing is a supporting part of the role. The ideal
candidate can write clear, well-structured B2B content but understands that their first responsibility is
search visibility, not content volume.
SEO Strategy and Execution
• Plan and execute on-page SEO across the NeosAlpha website, including title tags, meta
descriptions, heading structure, canonical tags, and internal linking.
• Conduct keyword research and map keywords to existing and planned content. Build topic
clusters and identify content gaps against competitors.
• Carry out regular technical SEO audits covering crawlability, indexation, page speed, Core Web
Vitals, redirect chains, broken links, and sitemap health.
• Implement and validate structured data (JSON-LD/schema markup) for key page types, including
service pages, FAQs, and blogs.
• Use Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and PageSpeed Insights to
monitor performance, identify issues, and track improvements.
• Work on AI search visibility and answer-engine optimization (AEO/GEO) to ensure NeosAlpha
content appears in AI-generated search responses.
• Identify opportunities for off-page SEO, including link building, guest posting, partner content,
and digital PR collaboration.
Content Writing
• Write SEO-optimized blogs, service pages, landing pages, case studies, whitepapers, and social
media copy on B2B technology topics.
• Produce content briefs with target keywords, heading structure, search intent alignment, FAQ
sections, and internal link suggestions before writing begins.
• Refresh and update existing website content based on SEO audit findings and performance data
from Search Console and GA4.
• Coordinate with design, development, and technical teams to get content published accurately
and on time.
Required Skills
SEO Skills (Primary)
• Strong working knowledge of on-page SEO: keyword research, search intent mapping, heading
hierarchy, meta tags, URL structure, and internal linking.
• Good understanding of technical SEO: crawl budget, indexing, robots.txt, XML sitemaps, hreflang,
redirect types, canonical tags, and page speed optimization.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4,
SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and PageSpeed Insights.
• Familiarity with structured data formats (JSON-LD, schema.org) and how to implement them for
rich results.
• Understanding of AEO and GEO principles and how to optimize content for AI-driven search
responses.
• Awareness of off-page SEO principles, including backlink acquisition, anchor text strategy, and
digital PR.
Content Skills (Supporting)
• Ability to write clear, professional B2B content in long-form (blogs, whitepapers, case studies) and
short-form (social media, ad copy, email) formats.
• Able to understand technical topics and convert them into useful, buyer-focused content without
losing accuracy.
• Good editing and proofreading skills with attention to brand tone, structure, and clarity.
Preferred Experience
● Prior experience in B2B technology, SaaS, cloud, integration services, or IT consulting companies.
● Experience running SEO audits independently, identifying issues, and prioritizing fixes based on
business impact.
● Familiarity with platforms or topics such as Azure, Google Cloud, Boomi, Celigo, Workato, Apigee,
Salesforce, NetSuite, Databricks, AI, and automation is preferred.
● Experience creating content that targets both technical and business buyers in enterprise technology
markets.
