🚀 We’re Hiring: Digital Marketing & Analytics Specialist

Are you obsessed with clean data, flawless event mapping, and high-ROI ad campaigns? Do you know GA4 and Firebase like the back of your hand? If so, we want you on our team!
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Analytics Specialist to lead our tracking, attribution, and user acquisition strategies. You’ll be the bridge between data, advertising, and product development—ensuring every click, event, and conversion is tracked accurately to drive app downloads and revenue growth.
💡 What You’ll Do
- GA4 & Firebase Analytics Mastery: Audit, remap, and optimize our event structures to ensure seamless data flow across our web and mobile app ecosystems.
- Google Ads Management: Plan, launch, and optimize high-converting campaigns (Search, Display, App Installs, Remarketing) focused on post-install conversions and low CAC.
- Cross-Platform Growth: Build end-to-end user acquisition strategies to drive conversions both before and after app installation.
- Troubleshooting & Insights: Collaborate with our engineering and product teams to debug tracking issues via GTM and turn raw data into actionable growth strategies.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on experience directly managing Google Ads campaigns (Required).
- Proven track record with GA4 implementation, event mapping, and reporting.
- Solid experience with Firebase tracking and mobile app marketing.
- Proficiency with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and a basic understanding of web/app dev concepts to partner with engineers seamlessly.
- A strong analytical mindset—you don't just pull data, you tell a compelling story with it.
