We're looking for a data-driven SEO professional who can grow our organic presence, improve search rankings, and turn traffic into real business results — not just vanity metrics.
About the role
You'll own our SEO strategy end-to-end — from technical audits and on-page optimisation to content planning and link building. You'll work closely with our content, design, and development teams to make sure search is embedded across everything we do. The goal is simple: sustainable organic growth that compounds over time.
What you'll work on
Technical SEO:Site audits, crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and site architecture improvements.
Keyword Research: Identifying high-value keyword opportunities, mapping intent, and building topic clusters that drive qualified traffic.
On-Page Optimisation: Meta titles, descriptions, headers, internal linking, content structure, and page-level optimisation across the site.
Content Strategy: Working with writers to plan and optimise SEO content — blog posts, landing pages, product descriptions, and FAQs.
Link Building: Developing and executing white-hat link acquisition strategies — outreach, digital PR, and partnerships.
Reporting & Analysis: Monthly performance reports covering rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and actionable next steps.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience — with demonstrable results in organic traffic or ranking improvements.
- Proficiency with SEO tools — Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, or equivalent.
- Strong command of Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 — you can read data and draw conclusions from it.
- Solid understanding of technical SEO — crawl budgets, canonical tags, redirects, structured data, and site speed.
- Ability to work with CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify to implement SEO changes without relying solely on developers.
- Clear communicator who can explain SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.
- Up to date with Google algorithm changes and industry best practices — you know when something shifts and why.
