Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Search Engine Optimization Specialist role located in Jawalamukhi. The SEO Specialist will conduct keyword research, perform technical and on-page SEO audits, and implement optimization strategies across web properties. Daily tasks include optimizing website content and metadata, monitoring performance using web analytics tools, and identifying opportunities to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions. The role involves planning and executing link-building initiatives, collaborating with content and development teams, and ensuring SEO best practices are applied across all digital assets. The specialist will regularly analyze campaign results, prepare performance reports, and make data-informed recommendations for ongoing improvement.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in keyword research and search intent analysis (e.g., using Google Keyword Planner or similar tools).
- Experience conducting comprehensive SEO audits and implementing technical and on-page fixes.
- Hands-on experience with link building, outreach strategies, and managing backlink profiles.
- Strong skills in web analytics and reporting (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or comparable platforms).
- Solid understanding of on-page SEO, including metadata optimization, internal linking, and content structure.
- Knowledge of AI-powered SEO tools or platforms and a willingness to learn emerging technologies.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics and how site structure and performance affect SEO.
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into clear action plans.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Relevant SEO certifications or prior agency experience in SEO or digital marketing are a plus.
