Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South for a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist. The SEO Specialist will manage and optimize Kredily’s organic search presence across multiple search engines, focusing on driving qualified traffic and improving keyword rankings. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing keyword research, conducting technical and content-focused SEO audits, and implementing on-page optimization for landing pages, blogs, and product pages. The role also involves planning and executing ethical link-building campaigns, monitoring performance with web analytics tools, and generating clear, actionable reports for stakeholders. The SEO Specialist will collaborate closely with content, product, and marketing teams to align SEO strategy with broader growth goals and ensure consistent brand messaging.

- Strong skills in keyword research and search intent analysis to identify and prioritize high-value opportunities.
- Hands-on experience conducting comprehensive SEO audits (technical, content, and UX) and implementing recommendations.
- Proficiency in on-page SEO, including meta tags, header structures, internal linking, schema markup, and content optimization.
- Experience with ethical link building, including outreach, content-based link acquisition, and backlink profile monitoring.
- Ability to use web analytics and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush/Ahrefs/Moz) to track performance and optimize campaigns.
- Solid understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices for both desktop and mobile.
- Comfort working with basic HTML/CSS concepts and collaborating with developers on technical SEO improvements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills, with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS, HR Tech
