Role Description
This is a full-time remote role located in Canada , for a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist. The SEO Specialist will be responsible for conducting keyword research, performing SEO audits, developing link-building strategies, analyzing web performance through analytics tools, and improving on-page SEO. The role involves implementing and refining SEO strategies to enhance search rankings, drive website traffic, and support digital marketing goals within the local market and beyond.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Keyword Research and developing effective SEO strategies
- Experience conducting comprehensive SEO Audits to identify and fix website issues
- Skills in Link Building and acquiring high-quality backlinks to boost site authority
- Proficiency with Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor and improve site performance
- Strong understanding of On-Page SEO to optimize content and metadata for search engines
- Effective problem-solving and a detail-oriented approach
- Ability to stay updated on SEO trends and algorithm changes
- Prior experience in the home renovation or cabinet restoration industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred
