Job Title: SEO Executive (Team Lead) – Work From HomeCompany: Rank Pulse India
Location: Remote (Work From Home)
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Job Overview:Rank Pulse India is looking for a result-driven SEO Executive who can not only execute SEO strategies but also manage a small team and oversee complete SEO operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both on-page and off-page SEO, along with basic leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve website rankings and traffic
- Handle on-page SEO (meta tags, content optimization, keyword placement, internal linking)
- Manage off-page SEO activities (backlinks, directory submissions, guest posting, etc.)
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Track rankings, traffic, and conversions and prepare regular reports
- Lead and coordinate with a small SEO team to ensure timely delivery of tasks
- Stay updated with latest SEO trends and Google algorithm updates
- Optimize website structure, speed, and technical SEO aspects
Requirements:- 6 months – 2 years of experience in SEO
- Basic understanding of technical SEO (sitemaps, robots.txt, indexing, etc.)
- Experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar
- Good understanding of content marketing and link-building strategies
- Ability to manage a team and handle multiple projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
Preferred Skills:- Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
- Experience in handling client projects
