Role: Senior SEO Specialist
Experience: 7+ years in SEO, healthcare/YMYL industry experience strongly preferred
Location: Bandra West
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end SEO strategy for multiple healthcare clients (technical, on-page, off-page, local)
- Lead keyword research, content gap analysis, and topical authority mapping for medical/health topics
- Manage technical SEO audits, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, crawlability, and indexation issues
- Build and execute link-building and digital PR strategies suited for YMYL/healthcare sites
- Ensure content meets E-E-A-T standards (author credentials, medical review processes, citations)
- Track rankings, organic traffic, and conversion metrics; report performance to clients and leadership
- Collaborate with content, performance marketing, and web dev teams for integrated campaigns
- Stay on top of algorithm updates and healthcare-specific SEO risks (medical misinformation policies, etc.)
What we're looking for
- 7+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with a proven track record of ranking growth
- Strong grasp of technical SEO tools (Screaming Frog, GSC, Ahrefs/SEMrush, GA4)
- Experience with YMYL/healthcare, finance, or legal verticals is a big plus
- Understanding of medical content compliance and E-E-A-T guidelines
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, comfortable presenting a strategy to clients directly
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate numbers into action items
