Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an SEO Growth Operator (AI-Assisted)
You will be responsible for managing and executing end-to-end SEO growth across websites using a structured, system-driven approach. This includes optimizing pages at scale, building internal linking structures, and improving organic performance using both manual execution and AI-supported workflows.
This is not a reporting or audit-only role. Your primary goal is to drive measurable growth in rankings, traffic, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute on-page SEO across multiple websites (eCommerce + service-based)
Optimize page structure, headings, and content for rankings and conversions
Build and manage internal linking systems to improve crawlability and authority distribution
Conduct keyword mapping and prevent keyword cannibalization
Identify content gaps and support topical authority building
Review and improve AI-assisted content optimization outputs (not blindly publish)
Identify and fix technical SEO issues (indexing, crawl errors, site structure)
Collaborate with developers and content teams to implement SEO improvements
Track rankings, organic traffic, and performance metrics across all projects
Continuously optimize pages based on performance data
Use AI tools (Chat GPT, Claude, etc.) to scale SEO workflows efficiently
Qualifications
Strong understanding of on-page SEO, technical SEO, and backlink creation.
Hands-on experience with:
Google Search Console and GA4
Ahrefs or SEMrush
Screaming Frog or similar tools
Experience working with WordPress, Shopify, or WooCommerce
Ability to analyze data and turn it into actionable SEO improvements
Strong understanding of search intent, keyword mapping, and site structure
High attention to detail (no keyword stuffing or low-quality optimization)
Preferred ( Not Mandatory)
Experience with AI tools for SEO workflows (Chat GPT, Claude)
Familiarity with automation tools (n8n, Zapier)
Basic understanding of APIs or scalable SEO systems
Experience working in an agency or managing multiple SEO projects
