Position: SEO Analyst


What You’ll Do

  • Conduct comprehensive SEO audits to identify on-page, technical, and content-related improvements.
  • Develop and execute keyword research and competitive analysis to shape content and ranking strategies.
  • Optimize meta tags, headings, URLs, schemas, and internal linking structures for maximum visibility and performance.
  • Collaborate with the content team to enhance content strategy, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices.
  • Plan and manage link-building campaigns, identifying high-quality opportunities and maintaining outreach relationships.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
  • Identify and implement technical SEO enhancements in coordination with developers.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by following Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and AI-driven optimization techniques.
  • Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous growth.
  • What the Role Entails
  • Collaborating closely with our 12-member SEO team to strategise and execute client projects.
  • Contributing to SEO strategy planning with in-depth keyword research, SERP analysis, and content recommendations.
  • Implementing AI automation workflows to streamline processes and reporting.
  • Managing multiple client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality SEO outputs.
  • Mentoring junior SEO associates and sharing knowledge within the team.


What We’re Looking For

  • 2 to 4 years of proven hands-on SEO experience (agency experience preferred).
  • Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles.
  • Proficiency with key SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Good command over Excel/Google Sheets for keyword mapping, tracking, and performance reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing presentations and documentation.
  • A proactive learner who stays updated with industry trends, tools, and Google updates.
