Role Overview
We are looking for a full-time SEO Specialist who can take complete ownership of organic growth for client accounts.
This is not a coordination role. This is a hands-on execution + strategy role.
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing SEO campaigns that drive measurable traffic, rankings, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct in-depth keyword research aligned with business intent and conversion goals
• Perform technical SEO audits and implement fixes (crawl issues, indexing, Core Web Vitals, schema, etc.)
• Plan and execute on-page optimization strategies
• Develop and implement white-hat link-building strategies
• Create SEO content briefs and collaborate with content writers
• Optimize local SEO (Google Business Profile, citations, NAP consistency, review strategy)
• Monitor rankings, traffic, and performance using GA4, GSC, Ahrefs/SEMrush
• Build monthly SEO reports with clear insights and action plans
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and industry changes
• Work closely with performance marketing and content teams
Required Experience
• 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience
• Proven track record of ranking competitive keywords
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Experience conducting complete SEO audits independently
• Practical experience with GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush
• Experience optimizing WordPress websites
• Understanding of search intent and content mapping
• Ability to analyze data and convert it into actionable strategies
Good to Have
• Experience handling Local SEO campaigns
• Experience with B2B SEO
• Basic knowledge of CRO (conversion rate optimization)
• Experience in Google Ads and social media advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is a strong plus
• Understanding of AI tools for SEO workflow improvement
