ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an SEO, AEO, and GEO Specialist who can own DialNexa's entire organic discoverability strategy. You will handle traditional search engine optimisation, but you will also make sure DialNexa shows up in AI-generated answers on tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews, and that our content is structured to win featured snippets and voice search results.
This is a hands-on execution role. You will do the keyword research, write the briefs, manage the on-page work, build the internal linking structure, and track everything. Nobody will hand you a strategy document to implement. You will build the strategy and execute it yourself.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Traditional SEO
- Own technical SEO across the DialNexa website including site speed, crawlability, indexation, structured data, and Core Web Vitals
- Conduct thorough keyword research targeting buyers in Ed-tech and Real-estate verticals and map keywords to the right pages and content
- Build and execute an on-page optimisation plan across existing and new pages
- Develop an internal linking strategy that moves authority to the pages that matter most
- Own link building outreach and work to grow DialNexa's domain authority over time
- Track rankings, organic traffic, and conversions weekly and bring clear recommendations on what to do next
Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO)
- Structure content so it wins featured snippets, People Also Ask boxes, and position zero results on Google
- Implement FAQ schema, How-To schema, and other structured data markup that helps search engines understand and surface our content
- Write and optimise content in a question and answer format that matches how real buyers search for solutions like DialNexa
- Monitor which queries DialNexa is and is not appearing for in answer boxes and close those gaps systematically
Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO)
- Optimise DialNexa's content and web presence so it gets cited and referenced by AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and similar
- Build authoritative, well-cited content that AI systems are likely to pull from when answering questions about voice automation, AI agents, and sales tech
- Monitor DialNexa's brand presence across AI-generated responses and identify gaps where competitors are being mentioned and we are not
- Stay current on how generative search engines decide what to cite and adapt our content strategy accordingly
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on SEO experience with real ranking results to show for it
- Strong working knowledge of technical SEO, you are comfortable in Google Search Console, Ahrefs or Semrush, and Screaming Frog
- Experience with structured data and schema markup, not just awareness of it
- Genuine understanding of AEO, you have optimised content for featured snippets and answer boxes before
- Awareness of and curiosity about GEO, you do not need to have mastered it but you need to be actively learning how AI-generated search works and how to influence it
- Strong content thinking, you can write a tight brief that a writer can execute, and you can edit content to make it rank better without making it read worse
- Data driven, you track what you do and you can show the before and after
THE AI-FIRST REQUIREMENT
We expect this person to use AI tools actively across their workflow. That means using tools like Claude, Surfer SEO, Clearscope, or similar to research faster, produce better briefs, identify content gaps, and monitor GEO presence more efficiently. Someone who is using AI to do better SEO will always outpace someone who is not. If you are already doing this, make sure your application reflects it.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience doing SEO for a B2B SaaS product
- Familiarity with headless CMS platforms or working with developers to implement technical SEO changes
- Basic understanding of how large language models are trained and why certain content formats are more likely to be cited by AI systems
- Experience with local SEO or app store optimisation as secondary skills
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN 6 MONTHS
- Measurable improvement in organic rankings for target keywords across Ed-tech and Real-estate buyer intent queries
- DialNexa appearing in featured snippets and answer boxes for a defined set of high value questions
- DialNexa being cited or referenced in AI-generated answers on at least two major platforms
- A clear, maintained content and SEO calendar that the broader marketing team can plan around
- A weekly SEO report that gives the team honest visibility into what is working and what is not
