SEO Executive (Performance Marketing + AEO/GEO Specialist)

We are looking for a highly skilled and multitalented SEO Executive who understands modern search, performance marketing, and business growth strategies.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in:
- On-Page SEO
- Off-Page SEO
- Technical SEO
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- AI Search Optimization (AEO & GEO)
- Basic Website & Coding Management
This role is for someone who can independently manage SEO projects, improve rankings, generate leads, and contribute directly to client business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute complete On-Site SEO strategies
- Manage Off-Page SEO including backlinks, citations, outreach & authority building
- Perform technical SEO audits and fix indexing/ranking issues
- Optimize websites for Google Search, AI Search & Generative Engines (AEO/GEO)
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns
- Run and scale Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis & content optimization
- Improve website rankings, traffic, conversions & organic visibility
- Work on Shopify, WordPress & custom websites
- Coordinate with developers/designers for SEO implementation
- Track analytics, search console data & campaign performance
- Prepare monthly SEO & ads performance reports
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page & Technical SEO
- Experience with Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Hands-on experience running Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Understanding of AI-driven search optimization (AEO/GEO)
- Basic HTML, CSS & website troubleshooting knowledge
- Knowledge of PHP, WordPress & Shopify SEO
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
