Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for an SEO & GEO Specialist.
Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and lead generation
Conduct keyword research based on user intent, trends, and business goals
Optimize website content, blogs, and landing pages for search engines
Work on technical SEO aspects such as site structure, indexing, and performance
Build and manage backlink strategies
Develop and execute GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies to improve visibility on AI-driven platforms (like ChatGPT, Google SGE, etc.)
Structure content to rank in AI-generated responses and featured snippets
Optimize content for conversational queries and long-tail search behavior
Collaborate with content and product teams to align SEO + GEO efforts
Qualifications
- Experience in Keyword Research and On-Page SEO optimization
- Proficiency in conducting SEO Audits and implementing improvements
- Competence in Link Building strategies to enhance site authority
- Strong understanding of Web Analytics to track and improve site performance
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and actionable insights
- Knowledge of industry-standard SEO tools and platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the mental wellness, healthcare, or parenting industries is a plus
- Minimum 1+ year experience in SEO and organic growth
