We're Hiring an SEO Specialist (3-4 Years Experience), Onsite – Madhapur, Hyderabad
We’re looking for a performance-driven SEO Specialist who understands not just traditional SEO, but also the evolving landscape of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
If you’re someone who can rank brands on Google and make them visible in AI-driven search (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.), we want to talk to you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute end-to-end SEO strategies (On-Page, Off-Page & Technical SEO)
- Perform in-depth keyword research aligned with user intent & AI search trends
- Plan and publish SEO-friendly content, blogs & landing pages
- Manage guest blogging, backlink creation & link-building campaigns
- Optimize content for AI Overviews, AI citations, and AI mentions
- Improve organic traffic growth month-on-month with measurable results
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities
- Track and improve brand visibility across Google & AI search engines
- Perform technical SEO audits and fix indexing, crawling, and site issues
- Handle Sitemap & Robots.txt creation and optimization
- Monitor performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics & SEO tools
- Publish and optimize press releases for visibility and authority
- Continuously update website content based on the latest SEO, AEO & GEO trends
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in SEO (On-page, Off-page & Technical)
- Strong understanding of AEO & GEO strategies (AI search optimization)
- Proven track record of improving organic rankings and traffic
- Experience in content strategy & SEO writing
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
- Ability to analyze data, identify gaps, and implement growth strategies
- Up-to-date knowledge of Google algorithm updates & AI search trends
