Overview
We’re looking for a performance-driven SEO expert who understands not just traditional search, but the evolving landscape of Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). This role will focus on driving organic growth, improving discoverability across search engines and AI platforms, and ensuring our content ranks where users are actually searching today.
Location- Gurgaon
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end SEO strategy: keyword research, on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Optimize content for featured snippets, voice search, and AI-driven search results (AEO)
- Adapt content and structure for visibility across AI platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, etc. (GEO)
- Conduct regular audits to improve website performance, crawlability, and indexing
- Drive high-quality backlinks and domain authority growth
- Collaborate with content, product, and tech teams for SEO-first execution
- Track, analyze, and report performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush
- Identify new growth opportunities via search trends, algorithm updates, and competitor analysis
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SEO (technical + content + off-page)
- Proven experience or understanding of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
- Strong understanding of how search is evolving with AI (SGE, AI snippets, LLMs)
- Experience in optimizing for zero-click searches and featured snippets
- Solid analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
- Familiarity with schema markup, structured data, and site architecture
- Excellent coordination skills with content and tech teams
