Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented SEO Specialist to join our team in Malappuram, Kerala. In this role, you will plan and execute SEO strategies for our company websites, collaborate closely with team members, and continuously optimize performance to boost search engine visibility and rankings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute technical, on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Provide actionable recommendations on website structure, content and on-page optimization.
- Plan and execute effective link-building strategies.
- Implement local SEO and long-tail keyword strategies.
- Monitor performance using analytics tools and dashboards.
- Improve website speed, structure and indexing.
- Use Google tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and Keyword Planner.
- Conduct SEO audits, in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis and content gap analysis.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO and AI SEO trends, algorithm updates, and mobile SEO practices.
- Manage backlink quality and track domain authority metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven hands-on SEO experience with measurable organic growth results.
- 3 years of SEO experience.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, BuzzSumo, SimilarWeb, and KWFinder.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, including site speed optimization and structured data.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
- Ownership mentality: focused on outcomes, not just tasks.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategy.
