Job Title : SEO Manager lead
Location : Bandra, Mumbai
Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced SEO Manager Lead for our Healthcare Digital Marketing & Growth Consulting team.
The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Technical SEO, Healthcare SEO, Local SEO, and organic growth strategy. This role requires someone who can independently lead SEO initiatives, improve organic visibility, drive qualified lead generation, and manage SEO execution across healthcare brands and digital properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies focused on organic growth and lead generation
- Perform technical SEO audits and implementation
- Manage indexing, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, schema, redirects, and structured data
- Build keyword strategies and SEO-driven content plans
- Optimize website architecture and on-page SEO elements
- Manage local SEO campaigns and Google Business Profiles
- Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversion performance
- Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and SEO best practices
- Lead SEO execution and mentor junior team members
Key Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience
- Strong SEO, AIO, GEO expertise
- Healthcare SEO / Medical SEO preferred
- Healthcare, Hospitals, Clinics, Diagnostics, Pharma, Wellness, or Health-Tech background preferred
- Expertise in Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog
- Strong understanding of Local SEO and multi-location SEO
- Experience in content optimization and organic growth strategy
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to independently manage SEO projects and deliver measurable results
