Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead and execute our search engine optimization strategy. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, and Off-Page SEO, along with a data-driven mindset to improve organic visibility, traffic, and rankings.
Key Responsibilities1. Technical SEO
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement recommendations
- Optimize website architecture, crawlability, indexing, and site speed
- Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonicalization, and structured data (schema markup)
- Identify and resolve issues related to Core Web Vitals, mobile usability, and page performance
- Collaborate with developers to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented
2. On-Page SEO
- Perform keyword research and mapping aligned with business goals
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, internal linking, and URL structures
- Work closely with content teams to develop SEO-friendly content strategies
- Monitor and improve page-level performance and user engagement metrics
3. Off-Page SEO
- Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority
- Manage outreach campaigns, partnerships, and guest posting initiatives
- Monitor backlink profile and disavow harmful links
- Track competitor backlink strategies and identify growth opportunities
Performance & Analytics- Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and third-party platforms
- Prepare regular reports on traffic, rankings, conversions, and ROI
- Use data insights to refine and improve SEO strategies
Requirements- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SEO
- Strong expertise in Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, and Off-Page SEO
- Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basic level for SEO purposes)
- Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress or similar
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications- Experience working in [industry, if applicable]
- Knowledge of international SEO and local SEO strategies
- Familiarity with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
- Basic understanding of paid media and content marketing
