Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and result-driven SEO Manager to lead and execute advanced search engine optimization strategies. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Technical SEO, On-Page and Off-Page Optimization, Link Building, and modern SEO practices including AI-driven SEO, LLM optimization, keyword stemming, and user behavior signals such as pogo-sticking.
You will be responsible for improving organic rankings, driving high-quality traffic, and ensuring sustainable growth through innovative and data-driven SEO strategies.
Key Responsibilities1. Technical SEO- Conduct comprehensive website audits to identify technical issues (crawlability, indexing, site speed, Core Web Vitals, etc.)
- Optimize site architecture, URL structures, and internal linking
- Implement structured data (Schema markup)
- Work closely with developers to resolve technical issues
2. On-Page Optimization- Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and internal links
- Perform keyword mapping and content optimization based on search intent
- Implement keyword strategies including keyword stemming and semantic SEO
3. Off-Page Optimization & Link Building- Develop and execute high-quality link-building strategies
- Manage outreach campaigns, guest blogging, and digital PR
- Monitor backlink profile and ensure compliance with search engine guidelines
4. AI & LLM Optimization- Leverage AI tools and Large Language Models (LLMs) for content strategy and SEO automation
- Optimize content for AI search engines and generative search experiences
- Stay updated with evolving AI search trends (e.g., SGE, conversational search)
5. User Behavior & Performance Optimization- Analyze and reduce pogo-sticking by improving content relevance and UX
- Optimize landing pages for engagement metrics (bounce rate, dwell time)
- Conduct A/B testing for SEO improvements
6. Keyword Research & Strategy- Perform advanced keyword research including long-tail and semantic keywords
- Use keyword clustering and stemming techniques
- Align keyword strategy with business goals and user intent
7. Analytics & Reporting- Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.
- Monitor rankings, traffic, conversions, and ROI
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations
Required Skills & Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in SEO (agency or in-house)
- Strong expertise in Technical SEO, On-Page, and Off-Page SEO
- Hands-on experience with link building and outreach strategies
- Knowledge of AI tools, LLMs, and SEO automation
- Understanding of pogo-sticking, user intent, and behavioral SEO
- Experience with keyword stemming, semantic search, and NLP-based SEO
- Proficiency in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with e-commerce or marketplace SEO
- Familiarity with Google algorithm updates and ranking factors
- Knowledge of Python or automation tools for SEO (optional)
- Experience in managing SEO teams or projects
