🚀 We're Hiring: SEO Manager at Traffic Monks
📍 Noida, Sector-4 | Work From Office
💼 5+ Years of Experience Required
💰 ₹50,000 – ₹55,000/month

We're not looking for someone who just "does SEO." We're looking for someone who owns it — rankings, traffic, clients, and all. You must be having proper Local SEO Case studies and others to showcase your skills
Traffic Monks is growing, and we're adding an experienced SEO Manager to our core team of 7+. You'll take full ownership of client SEO strategies while mentoring junior team members and collaborating across content, design, and dev.
🎯 What you'll do:
→ Own 3–5 client SEO accounts end-to-end (local, eCommerce & service-based)
→ Plan and execute on-page, off-page & technical SEO strategies
→ Lead keyword research, content gap analysis & search-intent mapping
→ Build quality links via guest posts, PR outreach & digital PR
→ Run full site audits and coordinate technical fixes
→ Track performance via GA4, GSC & GTM with monthly client reports
→ Join client calls and manage relationships professionally
→ Mentor interns & junior team members; build SOPs
→ Stay ahead of algorithm updates and industry trends
✅ You're the one if:
✔ 5+ years of proven SEO experience (agency preferred)
✔ You've ranked local, e-commerce & service websites
✔ You have real case studies and traffic proof
✔ You're confident on client calls and internal leadership
✔ You know SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GA4, GSC & GTM
