About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Senior SEO & Google Ads Specialist to lead organic and paid growth strategies for mental health professionals and private practices. This role requires a strong understanding of search algorithms, performance marketing, and conversion optimization within regulated industries.
Key Responsibilities
SEO (Organic Growth):
- Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical)
- Conduct keyword research aligned with high-intent search queries (therapy, telehealth, private practice growth)
- Optimize website architecture, internal linking, and content for higher rankings
- Manage and improve Core Web Vitals and overall site performance
- Build high-quality backlinks and authority signals
- Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions using tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, or SEMrush
Google Ads (Paid Growth):
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and Remarketing)
- Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and reduce CAC
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies
- Optimize Quality Score, CTR, and conversion rates
- Implement and manage conversion tracking, tagging, and attribution models
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SEO and Google Ads
- Proven track record of increasing organic traffic and generating qualified leads
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, schema, and site audits
- Experience with healthcare or mental health niche (preferred)
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, SEMrush/Ahrefs
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience with landing page optimization and CRO
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
