Role Description
We are looking for an SEO Manager to drive the organic growth of FileDiffs. This is a full-time remote role responsible for improving search visibility, increasing organic traffic, and supporting business growth through modern SEO strategies. You will collaborate with content, product, and development teams to optimize the website, identify new opportunities, and stay updated with the latest SEO and AI search trends.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and internal linking.
- Perform technical SEO audits and improve indexing, crawlability, and Core Web Vitals.
- Build high-quality backlinks through ethical outreach.
- Monitor performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and SEO tools.
- Track rankings, traffic, conversions, and prepare regular reports.
- Support AI search optimization and implement modern SEO best practices.
- Work closely with content, product, and engineering teams.
- Stay informed about Google algorithm updates and industry trends.
Qualifications
- 3–6 years of SEO experience, preferably with SaaS or technology websites.
- Strong understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
- Experience with keyword research, content optimization, and link building.
- Proficiency with Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of Core Web Vitals, structured data, and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI search platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
