Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager based in the Greater Kolkata Area, allowing for a combination of in-office and remote work. The SEO Manager will be responsible for conducting comprehensive SEO audits, performing keyword research to enhance search rankings, developing and implementing link-building strategies, and analyzing web traffic and user behavior using analytics tools. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align SEO strategies with marketing initiatives and ensuring consistent optimization to drive measurable growth.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in SEO Audits and ability to identify key performance issues and improvement areas.
  • Strong skills in Keyword Research and Link Building to improve search engine rankings and website visibility.
  • Experience with Web Analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report on digital traffic and user behavior trends.
  • Knowledge of Marketing strategies, with an emphasis on how SEO integrates with broader digital marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively present findings and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Experience in the use of SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and managing SEO campaigns is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
