Job OverviewWe are looking for an SEO Manager who can take full ownership of organic growth. This role is not about basic keyword stuffing — you’ll be responsible for driving measurable traffic, improving rankings, and generating business leads through strong SEO strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategy (On-page, Off-page, Technical)
- Conduct keyword research aligned with business goals and search intent
- Optimize website structure, content, and landing pages for better rankings
- Manage backlink strategy and authority building
- Perform technical SEO audits (site speed, indexing, crawlability, etc.)
- Track, analyze, and report performance using tools like Google Analytics & Search Console
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and adjust strategy accordingly
Requirements- 3–6 years of hands-on SEO experience (not just theoretical knowledge)
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
- Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)
- Proven track record of improving organic traffic and rankings
- Basic understanding of HTML, website structure, and CMS platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills- Experience in lead generation or service-based businesses
- Knowledge of content marketing and conversion optimization
- Ability to manage a team or freelancers
