KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive SEO strategy (on-page, off-page, technical)
- Conduct keyword research (target keywords with volume > 5,000)
- Monitor site performance via GA4 and Search Console (traffic > 100,000)
- Run technical audits (crawl errors, core web vitals, indexation) using Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush
- Collaborate with developers to apply SEO best practices during updates/migrations
- Optimize meta tags, internal linking, schema markup
- Align content calendars with SEO goals
- Lead white-hat link-building campaigns and manage backlink profiles
- Stay updated on Google algorithm changes
- Manage email campaigns (newsletters, product updates, webinars)
- Deliver monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Coordinate with agencies/freelancers for timely content delivery
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years proven SEO experience
- Expert in GA4, Search Console, Looker Studio
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Banking/fintech domain experience preferred
