Role Overview – SEO Executive
We are hiring an experienced SEO Executive who understands how modern organic search works across Google Search, AI-generated search experiences, featured snippets, local search, conversational search, and authority-driven content ecosystems.
You will be responsible for improving search visibility, organic traffic, topical authority, local rankings, AI search discoverability, and conversion-driven SEO performance across multiple client and internal projects.
This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical SEO & Website Optimization
- Perform detailed technical SEO audits
- Identify indexing, crawling, rendering, and Core Web Vitals issues
- Optimize site architecture, internal linking, schema markup, and page performance
- Work closely with developers for implementation fixes
Keyword Research & Search Intent Mapping
- Conduct advanced keyword research using semantic SEO principles
- Map keywords based on commercial, informational, transactional, and local intent
- Identify high-conversion search opportunities
- Build topical authority clusters and content silos
Required Skills & QualificationsMust-Have Skills
- 3–4 years of hands-on SEO experience
- Strong understanding of Technical SEO
- Expertise in On-Page SEO and SEO Audits
- Experience with Link Building & Authority SEO
- Deep knowledge of search intent and semantic SEO
- Understanding of AI SEO, AEO, GEO, and modern search algorithms
- Familiarity with schema markup and structured data
- Experience optimizing for Google Business Profile and local SEO is a plus
Additional Advantages
- Experience working with SaaS or ecommerce brands
- Knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, or custom CMS platforms
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript SEO impact
- Experience with SEO content strategy and topical authority frameworks
