Role: Organic Marketing Associate

Role & responsibilities
● Own keyword strategy, content architecture, and on-page SEO optimization across Trademo's website
● Develop and execute an AEO and GEO strategy, optimizing content to be cited and surfaced by AI answer engines such as Perplexity, ChatGPT, and Gemini, where trade and supply chain queries increasingly get answered without a click
● Drive the editorial calendar and own content production: long-form articles, data-driven reports, whitepapers, use cases, and original research built on Trademo's proprietary trade data
● Own Trademo's social media presence across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms: build and execute a content calendar, develop a consistent brand voice, grow the follower base, and drive meaningful engagement with the ICP
● Repurpose long-form content intelligently for social distribution: turn a whitepaper into a carousel, a data report into a stat series, a webinar into short-form clips, ensuring every content asset reaches its maximum audience
● Build and manage Trademo's community presence across relevant forums, subreddits, Slack communities, and LinkedIn groups
● Track and report on organic traffic, keyword rankings, social reach, engagement, follower growth, community participation metrics, and content-attributed pipeline on a regular cadence
Preferred candidate profile
● 2 - 4 years of experience in content marketing, social media, community building, or organic growth, preferably in B2B SaaS or data products
● Strong SEO fundamentals: keyword research, on-page optimization, internal linking, and content architecture
● Awareness of or active experimentation with AEO and GEO, understanding how to write for AI-generated answer surfaces
● Demonstrated ability to grow and manage a B2B social media presence, particularly on LinkedIn, with a track record of building engagement and not just follower counts
● Comfortable operating in community spaces such as Reddit, Slack groups, and LinkedIn communities: knows how to add value without coming across as promotional, and understands the difference between community participation and spam
