The Role We need a high-intent SEO Specialist to own organic growth end-to-end. You'll be responsible for driving qualified traffic to sure-space.com, improving app discovery, and turning search into a reliable acquisition channel. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role — ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment and wants to see their work directly impact user growth.
What You'll Do
- Own on-page, off-page, and technical SEO across our WordPress site
- Build and execute a keyword strategy targeting B2C audiences in the UAE and GCC — expats, professionals, and community seekers
- Optimize site architecture, page speed, schema markup, and crawlability
- Collaborate with content and growth teams to produce SEO-driven blog posts, landing pages, and app store content
- Track organic KPIs (traffic, rankings, conversions, app installs) using GA4, Search Console, and Ahrefs/SEMrush
- Manage WordPress publishing, plugin updates (Yoast/RankMath), and on-site technical health
What You Bring
- 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience with proven ranking and traffic results
- Strong WordPress proficiency — comfortable with theme customization, plugins, and site speed optimization
- B2C marketing experience — you understand consumer search intent, high-volume funnels, and how to convert browsers into users
- Fluency with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, and Google Search Console
- Data-driven mindset with a bias toward execution over perfection
- Strong written English; ability to brief writers and edit for both SEO and readability
