Role Overview
RxDx Clinics is looking for an experienced and skilled SEO Specialist with expertise in advanced SEO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), search visibility strategy, and organic-led lead generation. Suitable candidate should be able to contribute beyond keyword-level execution to entity-based SEO, AI search optimisation, and full-funnel organic growth contributing to business outcomes. Ideal candidate will be able to conduct full technical SEO audits including log analysis and advanced schema implementation, ownership of organic growth strategy across multiple business units, development of AI-first content ecosystems and GEO frameworks, building topical authority and brand dominance in healthcare search ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Advanced SEO Execution
- Conduct intent-driven keyword and entity research, mapping queries across informational, navigational, and transactional stages
- Develop and execute on-page optimisation:
- Metadata, heading hierarchy, internal linking architecture
- Content structuring for featured snippets and AI extractability
- Build and manage off-page authority:
- Digital PR, backlink acquisition, and brand mention strategies
- Optimise for SERP features (featured snippets, People Also Ask, local packs)
2. GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) & AI Search
- Optimise content for AI-driven search environments including:
- Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) for Google AI Overviews, LLM-based search
Structure content for:
- Answer extraction, summarisation, and citation in AI engines
- Develop FAQ frameworks and structured content blocks aligned with AI query patterns
- Strengthen brand visibility through entity consistency across web ecosystems
3. Content Strategy & Collaboration
- Work closely with content teams to develop high-authority, search-led content ecosystems. Create detailed content briefs covering:
- Search intent layers
- Keyword clusters and entity mapping
- Internal linking logic and topical authority
- Drive content consolidation, refresh, and decay management strategies
4. Technical SEO & Website Optimization
- Identify and resolve technical issues affecting organic performance:
- Crawlability, indexation, canonicalization
- Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP)
- Implement and audit structured data using Schema.org
- Collaborate with web developers to implement technical best practices and SEO improvements
- Review and audit existing content for optimisation and consolidation opportunities
- Identify and resolve technical issues affecting site performance — site speed, Core Web Vitals, mobile responsiveness, crawl errors, and structured data
- Site architecture, URL structure, and performance optimisation
- Ensure mobile-first and page experience best practices
5. Analytics, Reporting & Revenue Alignment
- Monitor and analyse performance using Google Analytics (GA4) & Google Search Console
- Track rankings, impressions, CTR, conversions, and assisted conversions
- Translate data into actionable insights tied to leads and revenue impact
- Build dashboards and reports for management-level visibility
6. Conversion & Funnel Optimization
- Align SEO efforts with conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
- Ensure: Query → landing page → CTA consistency
- Work on improving: Lead quality, form conversions, and user engagement
7. Cross-Channel Digital Support
- Support social media and content distribution for organic amplification
- Assist in email marketing performance tracking and optimisation
- Ensure consistent messaging across digital touchpoints
8. Continuous Learning & Innovation:
- Stay updated with
- Search algorithm updates
- AI-driven search trends
- Emerging SEO and content technologies
- Recommend and test new approaches to maintain competitive advantage
Qualifications:
Education: MBA / PG Diploma / Certification in Marketing or Digital Marketing
Experience: 2–5 years in core SEO / Organic Growth roles
Technical Proficiency
- Strong understanding of SEO tools (SEMrush or similar), GA4, Search Console, Google Tag Manager
- Strong knowledge of Technical SEO, structured data, and content optimisation
- Working knowledge of social and platform analytics (Meta, LinkedIn) to support integrated organic visibility and content performance optimisation
