SEO Executive
📍 Gurugram (On-site)
We’re looking for an experienced SEO Executive to drive end-to-end SEO strategy across multiple projects, leverage AI-powered SEO practices, and deliver measurable business impact.
💼 What You’ll Do
🔹 Strategy & Leadership
- Own and execute end-to-end SEO strategy aligned with business and revenue goals
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing SEO team
- Set and track monthly/quarterly KPIs (traffic, rankings, conversions)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with content, product, design, and dev teams
🔹 On-Page & Content SEO
- Drive keyword research, search intent mapping, and content strategy
- Optimize blogs, landing pages, and core web pages for rankings + conversions
- Implement internal linking frameworks & content structures
- Conduct content audits and refresh strategies
🔹 Technical SEO
- Identify and resolve crawl, indexing, and site performance issues
- Work on Core Web Vitals, site speed, schema, and mobile optimization
- Build scalable SEO architecture for large/multi-service websites
🔹 Off-Page & Authority Building
- Lead high-quality link-building and outreach strategies
- Improve domain authority and brand visibility
🔹 AI-Driven SEO
- Leverage AI for keyword clustering, content briefs, competitor analysis
- Automate workflows using AI-powered SEO tools
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes & AI search trends
🔹 Reporting & Analytics
- Track performance via Google Search Console, Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog
- Present actionable insights and growth strategies to leadership
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field
- 5–8 years of SEO experience (with 3–5 years in a leadership role)
- Proven track record of scaling organic traffic & keyword rankings
- Strong expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategy
- Excellent stakeholder & team management skills
