We’re looking for an experienced SEO Executive with 2 years of experience who is technically strong, analytical, and has a knack for solving problems. In addition to handling on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, we are seeking someone with experience in healthcare marketing to optimize and scale healthcare-specific SEO strategies.
What You’ll Do:
Conduct technical audits, resolve crawl and indexing issues, improve Core Web Vitals, and maintain website hygiene.
Plan and execute keyword research, mapping, and content briefs for landing pages and blogs, focusing on healthcare-related topics and services.
Manage local SEO efforts across multiple healthcare locations, optimizing Google Business Profiles, citations, and location pages.
Support international SEO efforts. Set up and maintain geo-targeting, hreflang, and country-specific folders/subdomains for healthcare markets.
Optimize internal linking, structured data, and on-page elements to improve SEO performance, CTR, and relevance for healthcare services.
Build and manage ethical link acquisition strategies with a focus on high-quality backlinks from healthcare-related domains.
Track and report SEO performance using tools like GA4, GSC, and rank trackers. Report on traffic, rankings, conversions, and revenue impact.
Collaborate with content, product, and engineering teams to ensure SEO changes are executed efficiently without disrupting site performance.
Communicate insights through clear, actionable dashboards for stakeholders, with a focus on healthcare industry trends.
What You’ll Bring:
2+ years of hands-on SEO experience with measurable results, including healthcare marketing SEO experience.
Strong technical SEO knowledge, including site architecture, crawling, indexing, page speed optimization, schema, and JavaScript SEO basics.
Proven experience working with GEO topics, local SEO, geo-targeting, and international SEO with hreflang, particularly in the healthcare industry.
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable decisions and experiments.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to debug issues and implement practical solutions.
Tools you’re proficient in: Google Search Console, GA4, Looker Studio, Ahrefs or Semrush, Screaming Frog or Sitebulb.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
Bonus: Experience with CMSs like WordPress or headless setups, basic SQL or Python, app store optimization.
Success Metrics:
Growth in qualified organic sessions and assisted conversions, specifically for healthcare service pages.
Ranking improvements for high-priority healthcare keywords and local pack visibility.
Improved Core Web Vitals and crawl/index coverage.
Increased CTR from SERPs and reduced keyword cannibalization.
