Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled SEO Specialist with 2-5 years of experience to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies to improve website rankings and drive organic traffic. You will also manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to increase visibility and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and implement on-page SEO strategies for better visibility and ranking.
- Perform on-page optimization (meta tags, headers, content optimization, etc.) to improve website SEO.
- Execute off-page SEO strategies, including link building and outreach, to enhance the domain authority and website traffic.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) for maximum ROI.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on website traffic, keyword rankings, and other key SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, etc.
- Implement and track SEO performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and digital marketing.
- Work closely with the content and design teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into new content and web pages.
- Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve any on-site issues. Develop and implement strategies for local SEO (if applicable).
Skills & Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in SEO, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid search platforms.
- Proficient in using SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website development for SEO implementation.
- Excellent understanding of SEO algorithms, ranking factors, and website analytics.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, or related field.
