Jenika Ventures is looking for a passionate and result-driven SEO Executive to join our growing team. If you have hands-on experience in SEO and want to work in the fast-paced real estate industry, this is a great opportunity to grow your career.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Perform keyword research focused on real estate trends (projects, locations, investment keywords)
- Optimize website pages using on-page SEO techniques (meta tags, headings, content optimization, internal linking)
- Execute off-page SEO strategies including backlink building, directory submissions, and guest posting
- Manage and optimize Google My Business (GMB) listings for real estate projects
- Track and analyze website performance using SEO tools and provide actionable insights
- Work closely with the content and marketing team to improve organic traffic and lead generation
- Monitor competitors and suggest strategies to stay ahead in search rankings
🛠 Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of On-Page SEO & Off-Page SEO
- Knowledge of SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
- Basic understanding of technical SEO
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with real estate keywords and market trends is a plus
- Ability to track performance and generate reports
