💼 Position: SEO Executive
⏳ Experience: 2–4 Years
🕘 Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
📅 Working Days: 6 Days a Week
About the Role:
MantraCare is looking for a passionate and result-driven SEO Executive to improve our online visibility, drive organic traffic, and increase search engine rankings. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO, and SEO Analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
✅ Optimize website pages, blogs, and landing pages for search engines
✅ Execute On-Page SEO activities including meta tags, content optimization, internal linking, and schema implementation
✅ Manage Off-Page SEO activities including backlink building and outreach campaigns
✅ Conduct Technical SEO audits and resolve website issues
✅ Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other SEO tools
✅ Track keyword rankings, traffic growth, and conversion metrics
✅ Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices
✅ Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm updates and SEO trends
✅ Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports
Requirements:
✔ 2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience
✔ Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO
✔ Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools
✔ Good understanding of website architecture, indexing, crawling, and Core Web Vitals
✔ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
✔ Good communication skills
✔ Experience in healthcare, wellness, or SaaS industry will be an added advantage
