Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Executive based in Delhi, India. The SEO Executive will be responsible for tasks such as conducting keyword research, optimizing on-page SEO elements, executing link-building strategies, and coordinating SEO audits. Additionally, the role involves leveraging social media platforms to enhance visibility and support overall SEO efforts. The role requires close collaboration with the marketing team to achieve measurable results and drive organic growth.
Key Responsibilities
Search Visibility & Organic Growth
• Develop and execute SEO strategies to rank Foxhog Ventures at the top of search engine results pages (SERPs)
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap assessments
• Optimize website architecture, on-page content, meta structures, and internal linking
• Build high-authority backlinks through strategic digital PR and outreach campaigns
• Monitor and report on organic traffic, rankings, and domain authority metrics
Online Reputation Management (ORM)
• Monitor brand mentions, reviews, and sentiment across search engines, social platforms, and forums
• Develop and implement strategies to suppress, address, or remove harmful, misleading, or negative content from search results
• Work with legal and content teams to pursue platform-level content removal where applicable
• Build a strong library of positive, authoritative content to dominate brand-related search queries
• Manage Google Business Profile and third-party listing consistency
Content Strategy & Digital Authority
• Collaborate with the content team to produce SEO-optimized articles, press releases, thought leadership pieces, and landing pages
• Ensure the brand narrative is consistently reflected across all digital touchpoints
• Identify opportunities for media placements, guest contributions, and digital features that enhance brand credibility
Analytics & Reporting
• Track and report on key performance metrics: rankings, impressions, CTR, brand sentiment score, share of voice
• Use tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and reputation monitoring platforms
• Provide monthly reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations
Skills & Qualifications
Technical SEO Skills
• Strong command of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles
• Experience with schema markup, Core Web Vitals, crawl optimization, and site speed improvement
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, or similar)
• Understanding of Google's search algorithms and update cycles
ORM & Reputation Tools
• Hands-on experience with reputation management — including content suppression, review management, and negative result mitigation
• Knowledge of DMCA takedown procedures, platform content policies, and legal removal pathways
• Experience with tools such as Brand24, Mention, Yext, or similar ORM platforms
Analytical & Strategic Thinking
• Data-driven mindset with ability to translate metrics into strategy
• Experience with Google Analytics 4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
Communication & Collaboration
• Strong written communication skills for content briefs, reporting, and stakeholder updates
• Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, legal, and leadership teams
• Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive brand reputation matters
What We Are Looking For
• 2–3 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or online reputation management
• Proven track record of improving search rankings and managing brand presence online
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or regulated industries is a strong advantage
• Self-starter who takes ownership, works with urgency, and thinks long-term
• High ethical standards and the ability to navigate reputation challenges with integrity
