Role Description
Search Engine Optimization Responsibilities:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Search Engine Optimization & Social Media Optimization (SEO & SMO) Executive based in Noida. The role involves conducting keyword research, implementing on-page SEO strategies, performing SEO audits, managing link-building efforts, and collaborating with the social media marketing team. The SEO Executive will play a key part in enhancing website visibility, improving search engine rankings, and driving organic traffic to support the company’s growth.
Social Media Optimization Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation & Strategy
* Content Planning: Developing a monthly social media calendar that aligns with marketing goals.
* Asset Creation: Writing catchy captions, filming Reels, and using tools like Canva or Photoshop to design graphics.
* Trend Spotting: Identifying viral trends or "memes" early and adapting them to the brand’s voice before they become stale.
2. Platform Management
* Scheduling: Using tools to ensure posts go out at peak engagement times.
* Optimization: Tailoring content specifically for Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Threads (e.g., using hashtags on IG vs. professional thought-leadership on LinkedIn).
3. Community Engagement
* Active Interaction: Responding to comments, direct messages, and mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
* Crisis Management: Spotting negative sentiment early and escalating issues before they turn into a PR firestorm.
4. Performance Analysis
* Reporting: Tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like reach, engagement rate, follower growth, and click-through rates (CTR).
* Iterative Testing: Using A/B testing on headlines or visuals to see what resonates best with the audience.
Core Competencies at a Glance
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Keyword Research and On-Page SEO techniques
- Experience with Link Building strategies and practices
- Familiarity with conducting SEO Audits for website optimization
- Knowledge of Social Media Marketing and its integration with SEO strategies
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Prior experience in the design or creative industry is a plus
