Coach Builders India is India’s largest media platform dedicated to the bus and coach industry. We are looking for an Intermediate SEO Specialist with hands-on experience in media or news websites to drive organic growth through off-page and technical SEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute off-page SEO strategies, including link building, digital PR, and authority growth
- Perform technical SEO audits and ensure optimal site performance
- Optimize large-scale content for news/media SEO (indexing speed, freshness signals, internal linking)
- Improve visibility on platforms like Google News and Discover
- Track and grow keyword rankings, organic traffic, and content performance
- Optimize for emerging search trends including AI Overviews (AIO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and LLM-based discovery
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of SEO experience, with proven work on media/news websites (mandatory)
- Experience with high-volume publishing environments
- Familiarity with Google News, Discover, and real-time content indexing
- Understanding of AI-driven search and evolving SEO landscape
Success Metrics:
- Growth in organic traffic and keyword rankings
- Improved performance of published content
- Increased visibility in Google News, Discover, and AI-generated search results
- Growth in high-quality backlinks and domain authority
