Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a SEO Executive located in Gurugram. The SEO Executive will be responsible for conducting SEO audits, keyword research, link building, and overseeing web analytics. This role ensures our digital presence is optimized to highest standards, enhancing our clients' visibility and search engine rankings. Daily tasks will involve managing SEO strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and working closely with the marketing team on various projects.
Job Responsibilities:
1. SEO Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business objectives to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
2. Keyword Research & On-Page Optimization: Conduct keyword research to identify impactful terms for content. Optimize website elements like meta tags and images to boost organic search performance.
3. Content Collaboration: Work with the editorial team to produce SEO-friendly content. Develop a content calendar based on keyword trends and user intent.
4. AI & Automation Integration:- Leverage AI-powered tools and automation workflows for tasks such as keyword research, content optimization, and performance tracking to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
5. Technical SEO: Conduct thorough technical SEO audits, identify issues related to crawlability, indexing, site architecture, and page speed, and implement solutions to enhance website performance.
6. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and AI-based analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Prepare monthly and quarterly review reports on keyword rankings and traffic growth.
7. Link Building & Off-Page Optimization: Execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority. Manage partnerships with external sites and influencers.
8. Stay Updated with SEO Trends: Keep informed of SEO trends and algorithm updates. Apply new tools and techniques to enhance performance.
9. Adaptability: Ability to stay updated with the latest industry trends, search engine algorithms, and AI advancements, adapting strategies accordingly.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1-2 years of SEO experience with a proven track record.
- Proficient in SEO tools, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS (e.g., WordPress).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proactive and detail-oriented.
