Job Summary
Praya Holding is looking for an SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to manage end-to-end digital marketing activities for client accounts, including SEO, paid campaigns, analytics, reporting, and performance optimization.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, performance marketing, client coordination, and should be updated with the latest digital trends including AI, AEO, and GEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Execute campaigns for lead generation, app installs, sales, conversions, website traffic, and remarketing.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI, ROAS, CPL, CPA, and conversion rates.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website visibility, organic traffic, and search rankings.
- Manage on-page SEO, off-page SEO, technical SEO, keyword research, website audits, and content optimization.
- Support implementation of AI-led search visibility, AEO, and GEO strategies.
- Set up and monitor tracking through Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, pixels, events, and UTMs.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights, performance updates, and recommendations.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and timely delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid media platforms.
- Proven experience in lead generation, app marketing, and sales/conversion campaigns.
- Strong understanding of SEO, website ranking factors, analytics, and performance optimization.
- Good knowledge of AI, AEO, GEO, and evolving search trends.
- Ability to manage client communication, reporting, and campaign planning independently.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- UAE market knowledge will be an added advantage.
Added Advantage
- Experience in e-commerce product listing and marketplace management.
- Knowledge of Amazon, Noon, Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of product title optimization, descriptions, SKU uploads, and category mapping.
- Experience with WordPress, CRM tools, marketing automation, and CRO will be preferred.
