SEO Specialist / SEO Strategy
Experience: 3–5 years
Location: Bangalore | Full-time
We're looking for a hands-on SEO professional to take ownership of SEO strategy and help build the function from 0→1.
What you'll do
- Build and execute the overall SEO strategy and roadmap.
- Own keyword research, content strategy, on-page and technical SEO.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to drive organic traffic and conversions.
- Work with content, product, and engineering teams to execute SEO initiatives.
- Track performance through tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and continuously optimize.
- Develop scalable processes for ongoing SEO growth.
What we're looking for
- 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, keyword research, content SEO, and link building.
- Experience independently owning SEO strategy and execution end-to-end, ideally in a 0→1, startup, or high-ownership environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable moving between strategy and hands-on execution.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ideal candidate: Someone who has spent the last few years actually doing SEO and is now ready to own the strategy and build the playbook, rather than someone who has only managed an established SEO program.
