About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven SEO Lead to spearhead organic growth for our group of companies. This is a high-impact, execution-focused role where you will be the first dedicated hire in our SEO department. You will be responsible for moving the needle on three distinct brands, ensuring they dominate search results in the UAE’s industrial and technical service sectors.
As the lead, you will report directly to the Brand & Marketing Strategy Manager, working alongside our Graphic Designer to build a dominant digital footprint.
Core Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Leadership: Perform deep-dive site audits, manage indexing, implement advanced Schema markup, and optimize Core Web Vitals.
- Ranking & Growth: Take full ownership of keyword rankings, with a specific focus on Top 5 placement for niche industrial services.
- Strategic Planning: Analyze UAE and GCC market trends to identify high-value opportunities in the construction and industrial sectors.
- Performance Monitoring: Build and maintain real-time ROI dashboards to track keyword volatility and organic traffic performance.
- Structured Collaboration: Participate in daily team stand-ups and adhere to a clear weekly schedule to ensure consistent progress across all three brands.
Requirements
- Proven Track Record: At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience in ranking B2B or industrial websites, preferably within the GCC market.
- Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, GSC, Screaming Frog) and technical site architecture.
- Growth Mindset: A strong focus on "ranking oriented" work where keyword movement and lead generation are the primary KPIs.
- Execution Focus: Ability to work as a self-starter who can handle the end-to-end execution of a project from audit to ranking.
