SEO Specialist💼 Experience :
3–5 Years Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify new growth opportunities.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, metadata, URL structures, and internal linking for improved search performance.
- Perform technical SEO audits and collaborate with the development team to resolve crawl, indexing, and performance issues.
- Monitor website health, Core Web Vitals, crawlability, and index coverage using industry-standard tools.
- Execute and manage off-page SEO strategies, including quality backlink acquisition and link-building campaigns.
- Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other SEO tools.
- Work closely with content writers, designers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital assets.
- Stay updated with Google's algorithm changes, emerging SEO trends, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
✅ Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization.
- Strong expertise in On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO, and Local SEO.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar SEO tools.
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, website architecture, and SEO implementation.
- Experience in keyword research, content optimization, backlink analysis, and technical website audits.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret SEO data and recommend actionable improvements.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
⭐ Preferred Skills
- Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.
- Knowledge of International SEO, Local SEO, and E-commerce SEO.
- Experience with Content Marketing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Basic understanding of Google Ads and overall digital marketing strategies.
- SEO certifications from Google, HubSpot, SEMrush, or similar platforms will be an added advantage.
