ROLE DEFINITION
The Search Engine Optimisation Manager handles the creation and implementation of SEO Strategies. The role demands staying in sync with the current trends of SEO and achieving the set goals for the brands.

TASKS & ACTIVITIES
1. SEO STRATEGY CREATION
- Study the brand and have a clear domain and brand understanding
- Gathering of requirements from the client
- Conduct Keyword research and finalise with client's approval
- Competitor analysis and studying the working strategies of a particular industry
- On-Page Analysis and conduction of Page Optimisation by coordinating with the team.
- Set up an action plan for Off-Page optimisation
- Monitor key parameter's of the website (Caching, Crawling, Broken Links, etc)
2. AdWord Setup & Optimisation
- On-page analysis of landing page
- Keyword and position research, finalise after client approval
- Configure ad campaign to meet client's goals
- Setting up of the lead portal
- Continuous monitoring to optimise the campaign by removing the negative keywords and fine-tuning the ad campaign.
- Sharing of Ad report to the client and management as per client's package.
3. Team Handling
- Conduct daily meetings to set individual targets
- Handling and clearing of doubts and issues that happen within the team.
- Daily monitoring of the team based on the set targets
- Training of team based on knowledge requirement of each member
4. Tool Handling
- Configure the brand's website and select keywords to the tool, and map them on the landing page.
- Connect necessary portals (Google Analytics, Google My Business, Google search console, Facebook) and configure selected competitors.
- Configure the report section of the brand and schedule it according to, client's requirements.
5. Brand Analysis
- Actively take part in client induction call with creative director
- Get a preliminary report from the tool
- Analysis of overview of the strategy and missed opportunities available in the market
- Actively take part in the sales meeting
