🚀 Role Overview
We are looking for a performance-driven SEM Manager with strong expertise in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and hands-on experience managing high-performing campaigns across Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of paid search strategy, campaign optimization, keyword planning, bidding strategies, and performance reporting.
This role requires someone who can drive measurable business results, manage multiple client accounts, and work closely with internal teams to deliver impactful digital campaigns.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Shopping where applicable)
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to improve campaign effectiveness
- Manage campaign structure, ad groups, bidding strategies, budgets, and performance optimization
- Monitor and improve key KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Work closely with content, creative, and analytics teams to align campaigns with business goals
- Ensure accurate tracking setup using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking tools
- Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and actionable insights for internal teams and clients
- Stay updated on platform changes, search trends, and best practices in paid media
- Support media planning, strategy recommendations, and client presentations where required
🧠 Key Skills & Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in SEM / Paid Search
- Deep understanding of Google Ads campaign management and optimization
- Good knowledge of keyword strategy, ad copy testing, landing page alignment, and conversion optimization
- Strong analytical skills with a performance-first mindset
- Experience managing multiple brands/accounts in an agency environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
