**TCS is Hiring for Search Engine Manager Developer**

Job Description:
4–6 years of hands-on experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) managing Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns · Strong proficiency in Google Ads Editor and Bing Ads Editor for bulk uploads, edits, and optimizations · Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including: · VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP · SUM, SUMIF, IFERROR, COUNTIF · Pivot Tables, charts, and dashboards · Macros (preferred) · Experience in campaign structuring across Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns · Strong understanding of SEM KPIs: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate, Quality Score · Ability to analyze large datasets and translate insights into optimization actions · Experience creating impactful presentations and infographics for performance reviews
· Familiarity with tracking and measurement (conversion tracking, pixels, UTM parameters) · Excellent communication skills to work with account managers and clients ·
Key
Responsibilities
- Responsible for activation, launching of campaigns
- Plan day to day production tasks (campaign set up, launch, tracking & optimization)
- Work with Account Manager to deliver daily projects
- Accountable for meeting/exceeding client needs
- Able to independently drive medium to large projects/initiatives from inception through completion
- Able to launch, optimize and analyse campaigns
- Interacts with account manager on a regular basis to provide updates on campaign performance and overall customer health
- Strive to master Adobe AdCloud technology and keep up to date with feature enhancements & updates>
