Senior Industrial Engineer

Lead the project to help organize, digitalize, transform main area on IE capital planning automation, optimization, visualization. Take ownership for planning and executing the factory's capital and layout. Maintain and keep the factory capital and layout up to date. Regular communication with factory functional departments to keep planning parameter updated. Support IE manager to compute, understand & submit the regular factory budgetary plan and long-term factory plan. Support internal and external IE members to achieve overall IE business and objectives. Aligning and executing to the company/IE organization priority metrics.
