What You’ll Be Doing:
• Identify, onboard, and manage seafood suppliers across key sourcing regions
• Coordinate with fishermen, vendors, and aggregators for consistent fresh supply
• Monitor daily procurement, pricing, and quality standards
• Work closely with operations & supply chain teams for smooth deliveries
• Track market trends, seasonal availability & price fluctuations
• Ensure food safety and quality compliance during sourcing
• Negotiate with suppliers to optimize cost and supply continuity
• Maintain vendor records, procurement data & reports
• Travel to landing centers and sourcing markets when required

What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years of experience in procurement/sourcing (seafood preferred)
• Good understanding of fish varieties & seafood supply chain
• Strong negotiation & vendor management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel for sourcing activities
• Strong communication & coordination skills
