Job descriptionLocation: Okhla Phase II, New Delhi 110020
Experience: 2–3 Years
Responsible for end-to-end handling of Sea Import shipments, covering documentation accuracy and operational coordination to ensure timely clearance and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sea import shipments, ensuring timely tracking and updates through Logisys
- Coordinate with shipping lines and overseas agents for shipment status, documentation, and delivery planning
- Monitor container movements and proactively update customers on shipment progress
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of IGM filings and import documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to support smooth clearance and final delivery
Candidate Profile
- 2–3 years experience in Sea Import Operations
- Experience handling FCL and LCL shipments independently
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
