2026 Sea Global Management Associate Program (Shopee/Monee)

The Sea Global Management Associate Program (Sea Global MAP) is Sea's 2-year flagship program for aspiring graduates who seek to create a purposeful impact with technology and become future leaders of the industry. The program consists of 4 rotations that are 6 months long each, for you to gain in-depth and diverse exposure across our Core Businesses: (1) Garena and (2) Shopee & Monee. If you do so, you will be considered and assessed for both tracks concurrently, but will eventually select 1 track to move forward with during the later stages of the interview process.
